Pause/Play like playback and Fast forward Choppy Playback! HELP

Pause/Play like playback and Fast forward Choppy Playback! HELP

So I USED to love my comcast tv online so much.  I don't have cable in my bedroom so I hooked up the TV to my computer and I would select a program and watch it in bed.  Now however I HATE it.  Seems I get 1 of 2 problems and sometimes both.  First issue is the Pause/Play like experience.  The show will play a little, pause for approximately 4-15 seconds, then resume.  Seems to do this randomly but very frequently through out playback. The other issue that I have started experiencing just lately is the fast forward choppy playback.  This always seems to start later in the show and it doesn't go away.  It makes it completely impossible to watch because you only get a few pieces of ever word spoken.  Even if I close the browser, and open it in a new one, it will always do this right at the same exact spot it did before.  I have tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome.  All have this problem.  I have updated everything you could think of, including my GPU drivers and my Codecs.

Re: Pause/Play like playback and Fast forward Choppy Playback! HELP

I have experienced this specifically with FOX content. I have also tried different browsers. I've seen several other posts about this, but no reaction from Xfinity.
