Parental guide

The parental guide is not opening for movies. I have not set any blocks. I like to use the description and ratings to decide what I will watch.

Re: Parental guide

Hello,

Give this a try:

1. Click on my account on top of the page.

2. Click on user & settings

3. Toward the bottom of the page you will see online video setting. Click on edit or the ? mark and follow the instructions and that should work.

Just to be clear, are these the steps you are following:

  1. You are at https://customer.comcast.com/Secure/OnlineParentalControls.aspx
  2. Next to Movie Rating Locks, you click the edit button
  3. The pop-up does not appear for you.

If not, please tell me where this issue is occuring at.

Also, can you set TV and Network locks?

Thanks,
Joe
