PST with RDK-03004 error message

PST with RDK-03004 error message

Hi,

All of the sudden one day our big DVR Xfininity box kept needing to reboot and popped up the RDK-03004 error message.  We replaced the interior splitter and the little box in the back room works fine as does the internet and phone.  Could you check the signal to see if it seems to be outside?

You may need a tech out, your dvr isn’t pulling an IP address. It may be interior cable related or box related. Your modem signal levels look fine and that second box is a DTA and doesn’t need a strong signal to work.
