Three out of four times that I attempt to watch TV shows on xFinity I get "Sorry we are experiencing streaming difficulties" or similar issues. I can't make connections on my iPhone either. I get so frustrated with your poor performance that I refuse to return for several weeks. Then I try again and get the same poor outcome. What gives? Can you guys please perform!?!

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
