We were watching Game of Thrones when it started to get pixelated. Then we were left with no signal. Is there an outage right now?

on demand sure is not qworking here in framingham.  Phone wait time is 30-35 min.  This sucks big time.

It's out in southern Indiana right now. On demand works and the menu/guide works but all channels say unauthorized or show up black.

HELP line finally answered.  And she tweaked my DVR box and on demand now works fine.  Was very slow service however.
