Our DVD service

Our DVD service

Hi,

We set this account up so that we can have DVR service in two locations in our house.  When we try to record to the Master Bedroom, there is no DVR service.  I believe I've been paying for this for some time now.  Please adjust my bill to take the add'l money we're paying off, and activate the Master Bedroom DVR service now.

They are both Comcast but the one in the Den is DCX-3400-M and the one in the Master Bedroom DCX-3200-M.

I am sorry but the DCX-3200-M is not compatible with the DVR Manager.
