Orange keys on movie channels but I am a subscriber

Trying to watch movies online, currently a hbo, starz subscriber but it keeps showing keys even after I'm logged in, and won't let me access shows. HELP It might help to note I'm away from home and using Verizon service, does that matter?

Make sure that you are signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID. If you are not signed in or are signed in with a non-Comcast account, our site will not be able to verify your subscriptions.

Let me know the results.

I had the same problem so I just went to HBOgo.com and it works fine their... Now if only starz and cinemax had the same, I would be in business.
