My premium channels have an orange key next to them, but I know I have these channels since I can see them on the television. Help!

That indicates a subscription is required.  If you have not changed your subscriptin plans, call into Comcast and have them ensure the proper rate codes are listed for your services...   it is more than likely a glitch in the billing/provisioning systems and a quick call will get you back to speed.

The real problem is no call to billing is ever quick.  Just navigating through the voice prompts to try and speak to a human in billing is an aggravating and time consuming process.
