Only 2 seconds of full episodes

When I try to watch a full episode of the Big Bang Theory, the following happens:

  1.  Xfinity player says its authorizing
  2.  Xfinity player says it is starting playback
  3.  Xfinity player changes to a smaller size and shows a commercial for "For Better or for Worse"
  4.  Xfinity player changes to a larger size and hangs for a bit showing "TV14", I assume by design
  5.  Show starts playing
  6.  After 2-3 seconds (yes seconds, that is not a typo) the show stops playing
  7.  The Xfinity player changes to a smaller size and shows the same  commercial for "For Better or for Worse" as in (3)
  8.  Another commercial
  9.  Another commercial
  10.  I give up on using Xfinity to watch full episodes as advertised

Win 7x64, IE9

Re: Only 2 seconds of full episodes

try switching to the 32bit browser instead and see if that helps you.  Most websites dont support the 64bit v of IE

Re: Only 2 seconds of full episodes

I was using the 32-bit version. However, it looks like waiting through the commercials eventually leads the the complete episode. When it switched back to the first commercial after only a few seconds of the show, I thought that it wasn't working.
