Online watching

While watching Game of Thrones on the Xfinity go app for Ipad I was asked if I wanted to continue to the next episode. I hit no thanks because I was not ready to watch. When I went back to watch the next episode is now missing and I am unable to get it back to watch. How can I reset this?

Hello wad1,

I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. Do you still need assistance regarding this matter? If so, which episode are you trying to view?

Re: Online watching

Game of thrones season 6 episode 3 and 6 are not available for me to watch online. All other episodes from all other seasons are available. The episodes disappears when the Comcast app for iPad asked if I wanted to continue watching the next episode or not and since I was not ready I picked "No Thanks" and that's when the episodes disappeared.

Re: Online watching

Hello wad1,

Season 6 episode 3 and 6  episodes are available on TV On Demand. The reason it is not available online is because the content providers (owners of the programs) are the ones that determine which shows or episodes of a show are available. They also determine the duration- how long each program is made available On Demand.
