Online watch list disappeared

Online watch list disappeared

Starting yesterday my watchlist online has disappeared. I cannot make a new one. I cannot access the watch list at all. Anyone else having an issue like this?

Yes, noticed my watchlist gone this morning as well.  If you search this forum for "watchlist" and sort results by Date you'll see several other subscribers with the same issue since yesterday.  And zero response from Comcast.

Yes!  I have a Mac and my watch list disappeared this morning....I can't access watch list or make a new one either. Hopefully Comcast gets its act together! At least we know it's them and not us....

Unfortunately, there are many separate threads of people with the same issue!

 

Here's what I know...

 

1) IT IS NOT A CUSTOMER ISSUE, IT IS A COMCAST SERVER ISSUE (SEE SCREENSHOT)

2) RESETTING YOUR WIRELESS GATEWAY WILL NOT FIX IT

3) THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO FROM YOUR TV OR COMPUTER THAT WILL RESOLVE THE ISSUE

 

I'm betting that the web site developers put in some changes (likely related to Fall TV) and then, without properly testing, went off to enjoy themselves over the long holiday weekend Smiley Sad

Hi-Thanks for getting back to me. I spoke with Comcast today and they are aware

of the issue so hopefully they will resolve it when they come back from vacation

I bet you're right. I spoke with Comcast today and they are aware of the issue and said they

will resolve it.....just have to wait for someone to come back from somewhere......

I can report that all my listings appear to be back after 3.5 days.
