Online guide doesn't work right

Online guide doesn't work right

Why is the guide on my PC always screwed up. It seems like every day there is something wrong with it. it reverts to the default grid and stops allowing me to click on a channel to change to it on my TV. Can someone at comcast please clue me in as to what's happening with it?????

Ditto, the website is not saving my profile settings either. Really wigged out lately!

Having same problems in Minneapolis area.  TV Listings come up as Philadelphia area.  When I change it to my zip code & service, it will not bring up or let me resave my favorite channels.  It does not let me click to watch a current listing on my TV either.  Also, when I return online, it comes up as the Philadelphia area listings again!

 

Frustrated!
