Online TV not working

Online TV not working

I watch tv online just about every day and today I can not get a video to stream properly either it freezes up or it gives an error code that doesnt appear in your list or it tells me I have too many devices? I only use one computer at a time but it seems like if I watch more than one episode it locks me out..please help I have reloaded silverlight and updated firefox and it is still only letting me in sporadically at best.
