Online TV Listings

When I want my TV listings online and enter my zip code, 94578, I do not get my service area.  My service area is Hayward Digital.  The only areas to show up when I enter my zip code are the 3 Castro Valley listings, and none of them are correct for me.

Re: Online TV Listings

Hey JTodd.

Just another Comcast stuck in a rut customer here. I've had that problem for years now, have addressed it to corporate, was escalated to a 'prompt callback' that resulted in a 'nothing we can do' voicemail, <Ticket Closed> situation.

When you are the squeaky wheel, it's a mad rush to open the ticket and make it look like it's 'Going to be taken care of' type of deal. Great right?

Well, the enthusiasm is lost immediately after it leaves the front line 'auto response' and a 'real person' has to actually address the issue physically.

Sorry to bring you down, but think about this scenario.........

Because they can't solve your situation, is probably very well why we, as loyal paying customers, can't find, for the life of us, A SIMPLE LINK TO THE CHANNELS THAT WE SUBSCRIBE TO.

Now, wouldn't that be sweet? I think Comcast is truly not Digital!

Have a great, non-perterbed evening.
