One channel not working on one tv

Channel 482 is not working on one of our TVs. It is fine on the other TV. The message says ref code:S0a00.

This is happening on my TV and comcast doesn't know how to fix it over the phone.  I scheduled someone to come out to look at it.  I only have one TV, but some of my favorite cannels will not come up and the same reference code is shown on the screen.  So weird!
