One Box will NOT Sync

One Box will NOT Sync

I have a whole house DVR with two satellite cable boxes(that's what Comcast calls the other rooms that access the main DVR).

My app works with the DVR and with the sat box in my master bedroom. It doesn't work with my son's room. His box is the same model number as the master bedroom. It doesn't have the option in set up for remote access. Not sure what to try next.

what exactly are you trying to do with remote access on that box?  those slave boxes have no hard drives and cannot record anything.  So what is it your trying to do with the app on those boxes???? you cannot set or delete or see recordings as they don't do anything.
