OnDeman TV Shows Menus in Error

There continuously are sooooooooooo many errors within the On-demand menus regarding the accuracy of the various TV Show episodes, and it has gotten way worse in 2017 from previous years!  It takes at least 30 minutes on the telephone to even get close to having a Comcast employee begin to slightly understand these problems.  The Comcast Help Desk personnel don't get it - they are obviously not trained in this area, but even worse, most don't seem to give a "hoot"!  I would like to have an email address directly to the Comcast staff that modifies/loads the menus so I can provide quality feedback to correct their errors for at least the shows we would like to watch.  Is this remotely possible????????????
