On demand movies not working

I find it really annoying when trying to watch a movie on demand I continuously get an error that says it's not available and wait a few minutes. I did wait ten minutes. I did a system refresh. I followed all the steps and nothing. I purchased a movie and that worked fine. But free movies act up. When Netflix used to have internal problems they would give money back to their customers for the time it did not work. I think Comcast should adopt this policy for all the times their customers receive errors.

Hi, mgidaro - I see several XRE-22 SRM-9004 messages for 10/15 for a 10-minute period. What movie did you try to watch? Have you tried to watch it today?
