have disconnected/reconnected cable to no avail

Thank you for the reply, in reviewing your account I am not showing any major signal issues, so from here I would recommend either trying to swap out the cable box at a local Comcast center or if you would like I can get a technician scheduled out. I will send you a private message to further assist.
