Hello bingweenie. I can assist with your On Demand issue, if it has not yet resolved. 

 

Have you tried to unplug and plug back in your cable box to see if the error clears?

Have you tried to unplug and plug back in your cable box to see if the error clears? 

 

Thats the only thing Comcast knows to say- They have no idea and don't really care.

 

I have had several Techs out and many many calls to thnem and that statement is all they know to say!!!!!!!
