On Demand Not Updating

It seems COMCAST(Xfinity) and CBS do not play well or maybe COMCAST system is junk.  I have talked to customer service several times by chat and phone and it seems they cannot get CBS to update properly.   Still missing serval shows of NCIS LA and NCIS New Orleans. Really tired of everyone tell me to unplug my box and wait why dont you get your system straight and admit its your PROBLEM.

It's not your box, it's Comcast and their substandard practices.  I've been waiting for several shows to be updated.  They feel they have no obligation to the customer.  If the show was on last night, it should be listed today in On Demand.  And I'm noticing they're charging for a lot of shows that were recently on, not last season's show, this MONTH's shows.  Comcast is getting worse as the prices increase.
