Not all recordings available in xtv.comcast.net!

Not all recordings available in xtv.comcast.net!

Hi all,

I have a few recordings in my both DVRs at home, but only a couple are showing up on my webapp at xtv.comcast.net.

Tried rebooting the box and relogin to xtv. But no luck.

Any suggestions on how to have all my recordings available via XTV?

If you made those recordings "before" you had Cloud enabled, they will not transfer up to the cloud and will remain on the indiviudal DVRs.  Only recordings made "after" cloud enabled will be available in the cloud.

I am also having this problem! I have not been able to find anything else online to give suggestions on how to fix.

Look at a some of the recordings on the DVR that are not showing up on the app or XTV web portal.  Do they have a message in the show description stating "Not available for mobile viewing"?  This seems to be a problem that Comcast can't figure out why this happens.

 

I've been dealing with Comcast Tier 3 support for a few weeks now, and have yet to get any resolution.  All I know is any show marked with that message fails to record to the Cloud DVR.
