Not all DVR recordings appear on my TV App nor X1 Cloud

Not all DVR recordings appear on my TV App nor X1 Cloud

The interesting thing is the X1 Cloud and TV App are in synch, but there are extra shows on my Xfinity DVR that don't appear in either.  Not a parental control issue/setting.  I'm in SF and I've seen multiple postings on this without a clear answer nor a good path to approach support.  It seems random which shows synch to X1 Cloud and TV App.  If this is caused by the X1 Cloud, I'm ok disabling that feature.

Recordings made PRIOR to the Cloud being enabled and added to your account will NOT be available on the Cloud as existing recordings are not transferred to the Cloud.  Cloud recordings are only available "after" the rate code has been adedd and you accepted the Terms & Conditions.



The Support Forums are "public" forums and you should not post identifiable information (full name, account number, address, phone numbers & email addresses).  Users of these forums are Comcast customers,the same as you & me and volunteer their time to assist with the issues and/or problems that you may be experiencing.  Please ensure your post is in the correct Forum to begin with.  Please do not send me Private Messages for personal help but instead use the Forums to allow everyone to read and offer comments to assist you.  Comcast employees are identified with RED lettered User Names.

These are recent shows that do not show up.  What is the rate code, and how is that added?

You must call into Comcast and have the Cloud Rate Code added to your X1 account information.  It is never done automatically as you must accept the terms & conditions when the code is added to your DVR.  1-800-COMCAST or 1-800-XFINITY.

Thanks, that wasn't it either.  I chatted with comcast and they did all the standard reboots, etc and said someone would call me back.
