Not able to watch channels online in live tv that we have in our cable package

We're not able to watch channels online in Live TV that we have in our cable package. For instance, when trying to watch the Weather Channel online, we receive the following even though we have the channel on our tv:

 

The Weather Channel is not part of your subscriptions.

In order to watch THE WEATHER CHANNEL, you need a subscription to The Weather Channel.

 

This issue has been ongoing for over a year; please help.
