Non Xfinity Apps Failing to Authenticate

Non Xfinity Apps Failing to Authenticate

So subscribe to the Preimier Package with all channels using a cable card.  I have access to all the channels on the cable card and on the Xfinity app.  However when I try to authenticate some of the apps on my AppleTV I get an error that I do not subscribe to that channel and need to upgrade my service.  It is not every app, some authenticate fine others don't.

I have talked with several reps over the phone and gotten no where, transfered all over the place.  Really would like to get this to function properly.
