No sound on ESPN and Weather channel live X1 TV

No sound on ESPN and Weather channel live X1 TV

The Watch TV app for X1 works now after having a service outage but I have no sound for the ESPN channels or the Weather Channel, just live video only. There may be more but those for sure.  I have uninstalled the App and reregistered the devices.  The problem exists on all 3 of my IPads.
