I transferred our service to new address 11.25.14.  The cable TV was working yesterday and is not working now.  Says no signal.  We have tried calling in to slupport and phone disconnects.

Good luck, comcast has the worst transfer system in the world. My account always says I owe nothing, then when I moved they charged me for a partial month at my old address, the 360 dollar installation at my new place then charged me a full month in advance. My next bill to them is 685 dollars and they said they can't flex the installation cost over a year, even though I've been a customer for years, I hate comcast. I wish any other broadband company would come to my area

Make sure your Cable box is on and change the input on your tv
