No recordings on xtv.comcast.net

No recordings on xtv.comcast.net

I can see recordings using TV GO (xfinityTV.comcast.net) but when I click to watch online, it takes me to xtv.comcasst.net and no recordings are showing.  Also scheduled redordings only show some of the DVR schedule, not all.  Phone support could not help.

Must be some bad account or equipment info in the database.  Thanks.

   Can you try scheduling a hot recording (just record something that is on now and see if that shows up under recordings on xtv.comcast.net or the XFINITY TV app.   I checked your account and i do not see any completed recordings showing up on your cloud recorder.  The STB and cloud recordings are seperate.

Thanks for the reply.  The HOT recording is showing up on both sites but there is still a difference in showing what has been recorded and what is scheduled.  One such recording is Downton Abbey which I believe may not be available for remote viewing.  What is the expected behavior in this case?

Wow, just checked again and seems all is good.  So the HOT recording did the sync?
