No recordings on TV app

No recordings on TV app

I am in South River NJ. I've always had access to my recordings on the app. As of 3 weeks ago i can no longer see any of them. The option is gone from the app. I've spoke to phone support, had my box reset, sync the dvr...still nothing... Any help??
