No reception and no customer service

No reception and no customer service

Talk about poor customer service! I was on hold for over 30 minutes and then I got a message than there were no customer service representatives to help me and to call back later.

After two days with a new cable box I only get a message on the TV "One Moment Please. This channel should be available shortly" It has been this way for two days. No problems with our other TVs.

Looks like its time to call Dish
