No option to record show on DVR with red dot through XFINITY Remote iPad app

Ever since swapping my old TV boxes (one digital-only box and one digital box with DVR), I have had problems not being able to set a DVR recording from the XFINITY TV Remote app for my iPad. I no longer get the red dot showing on the TV listings. To make sure that my iPad is communicating with my DVR, I ran the test from the app settings and it showed the name of my DVR (DVR 1) on the TV screen. Do you know why this has changed and is no longer working for me?

I just had a problem few days ago could not change channel when using tv guide on computer or iphone. I called in they setup a trouble ticket was fixed in 2 days. So may want to call in. Other options.
