No access to TV TO GO MOBILE APP

I downloaded the mobile app XFINITY TV GO on a Galaxy S III phone supported by Virgin Mobile on a 4G LTE connection plus I am connected to a WIFI connection not supported by Comcast. Each time I try to access the TV connection and it states that I have a network error and then directs me too XFINITY WIFI connections optimizer and asks for my XFINITY internet or Comcast Business sign on. However I do not get internet access via Comcast. Any suggestions?

It seems as though your phone is trying to connect to our Xfinity WIFI hot spot. You can either log in to the hot sport and use the xfinitywifi metro wifi service or go into internet settings and forget the SSID xfinitywifi and connect to the wifi network that you want to use. 

 

The same username and passord that you use to TV Go will work with the hot spot
