No Subscription to watch Live TV...

Asside from the randomly missing live channels on the stream list (that has already been explained in a couple other threads), now I am seeing the little orange key telling me I need a subscrioption to watch every live channel with the exception of BEIN and History...

I have the Prefered + Blast and know i have all of these channels. For that matter, Disney is in the lowest package and it says I need a subscription yet I can watch History.

I do not have a cable box anymore as we just stream everything. This is a major issue in my household. Please help.

I am having the same issue here as well. Everything has the keys on it and can not watch them. Called customer care they had it fixed for about 2 hours, now more of the same.

Re: No Subscription to watch Live TV...

Tried calling into customer service today. They hung up on me ...lol seeming more and more like the old comcast that i got rid of 5 years ago. First rep was saying it was my connection speed .... i politey asked to be xferred to another rep after trying to explaine to her that it was not my connection speed that was the issue ..... she politely hung up on me .....lol kudos comcast

Re: No Subscription to watch Live TV...

I find that some customer service reps can be very helpful while others are total tools. We need to ask the higher ups to provide a survey when a rep finishes with us, fails to transfer so we can rate them. That way management will have solid data to weed the tools out!
