No Sound

There is no sound for the live stream of the Broncos/Falcons game on ESPN. Trying to watch it through the XFTV. My computer is not muted and I turned the sound all the way up on the screen as well.

I tested the ESPN live feed and found no issues.

Make sure your speakers are installed properly. Once you are sure they are properly installed, make sure you don’t have any headphones or other devices plugged into the headphone jack.

When you click the speaker button at the bottom of the screen, this mutes the sound. Even if you mute it then leave the video then come back to it later, the volume may still be muted. Click the speaker box and see if that works.

Also, are any other ESPN channels giving you sound?

Thanks,
Joe
