No Sound on XFinity Tv Go

After uninstalling, reinstalling, and restarting my computer multiple times to finally get Adobe Flash to work on my Mac (no thanks to customer service who was trying to get me to do the exact things that I had just spend two days doing and wouldn't listen to me when I said I had already done all those things several times), I got the videos to play with sound for a short time.

Then out of nowhere, sound cuts out on the xfinity tv go website live stream videos.  I checked that my speakers were plugged in, checked audio on several other websites that work just fine, and made sure there was nothing plugged in or unplugged on accident.  Everything is in order and works on other websites.   Am I missing something here?

Re: No Sound on XFinity Tv Go

Apparently Xfinity Tv Go hates mac's Safari program but it'll work with Google Chrome.  So nix this question.

Note to anyone else that has this problem, Don't Use Safari
