No Shows

Hello, I am trying to watch shows on xfinity.com and I click on the show. It appears to be loading then it comes up as error. I have tried a couple of different shows.  The error number will change but the same end result of not being able to view always takes place. Is this on you guys or is this something I can change on my computer? It just started happeing today. The error that shows up is error 422 or error 517.
