No More Local TV Listings

No More Local TV Listings

Recently when Xfinity went to the new website and "upgraded" the tv listings, suddenly I can no longer see my local channels. The listings start with CNN, which is channel 20. Nothing below 20 is listed.

In addition, it says CNN but it doesn't tell me the channel number, which is also really annoying.

Why would they act like they are improving my "entertainment experience" yet cut out some really useful information like my local channels and the channnel numbers? And it isn't that my zip does hasn't been entered. It is a new interface which doesn't ask for your zip code, plus I'm already logged in so theoretically it should know where I live.

Re: No More Local TV Listings

Agreed, where are the TV listing, your per updated web page listed every channel for 2 (CBS ) on up to 1660S. We continue to pay more but recieve less and less. Hello, Xfinity\Comcast, are you listening to anyone?

Re: No More Local TV Listings

This is my concern, as well.

One of the channels that I regularly watch isn't even listed.

Will this be remedied soon?

My issue as well.  No tv guide for local channels.  What happened?

May have to get an antenna.Smiley Sad
