No HD on computer

I have xfinity x1 with hd picture on tv, 100 mb network.

When streaming to windows computer (chrome or firefox) there is no hd, just standard size screen with no zoom.

I can get hd on roku on same network.

the X1 set top box has the feature available to tune to the channel you select in HD (for example you tune to channel 20 but the HD version is 820, so the x1 box tunes to 820 instead). Have you verified that the actual channel viewed on the x1 box in HD is the channel number you are picking on the channel list on the computer? When viewing 'all listings' for live TV, you can select the 'Filter' blue button and select "high definition" and only the HD channels will be listed.
