No Favorite channels and changing channels with laptop

Problems with ONLINE TV channels listing. I can no longer see a list of "MY Favorite Channels". Problem with ability to change TV channels using the ONLINE TV channels listing. If I click on a channel, I can now watch that channel online but I cannot change the current channel on my TV from my PC. I am NOT trying to watch live TV on my PC. Remember, Customer Service is the top priority. Pure BS. If it is top priority I am very, very thankful it is not a lesser priority. Apparent website programming. If there were any other cable internet service, I'd be gone. Direct TV and DISH very obviously are worse plus DSL internet stinks.

Comcast replaced the website about a week ago. Most of the great features of the old one are gone.
