No Eligible TV's On XFINITY TV App for IPad

No Eligible TV's On XFINITY TV App for IPad

Installed the App but it shows that I have no eligible TV's.  Have two boxes-a Cisco RNG200 and a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 3250HD.  Am I having a problem because these boxes are not compatible with the App (if so, can I exchange the boxes for compatible one) or as is stated on your site-am I in an area not yet served by the XFINITY TV app?  Please advise.  This looks to be a very useful App if I can get it to work.  Thanks.

Can you please direct message me with the following information:  
 
1. Device make, model Eg: iPad 1, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad Mini? (Not just IPad or IPod or IMac))
2. OS (name, version — please make sure you get ALL relevant numbers in the version number, Eg: IOS 7.0.1, IOS 7.0.4 .)
3. The version of the app installed.
4.Screenshots wherever applicable.
5. Exact steps to replicate this issue.
6. Comcast ID
