No DVR recordings showing up on TV App...why?

No DVR recordings showing up on TV App...why?

When using the xfinity tv app on my laptop, i get the guide for live tv but none of my saved DVR recordings show up, any help?

 

And YES, i'm connecting using my in-home network.

(I'm using my laptop at my kitchen table connected to my in-home wifi to be exact)

And i'm using xtv.comcast.net to connect....but clicking on SAVED next to GUIDE up top...SAVED has no recordings that are saved on my DVR.

Has it ever worked?

Are you in an area that has cloud dvr? If you're not sure call 877-896-8678 to verify. If you are then they will add the proper rates to your account, and you will see have access to anything you record from that moment on, not previously. If you aren't in an area that has Cloud Dvr what you're seeing is correct.

I called the number and its available in my area just in case anyone reading this wants to know.

 

He couldn't get it working though.

The Comcast rep escalated it to Level 2 tech support and i'm waiting for a call back.

Same problem, but only some of my recorded shows are showing. 

how can I fix this?

PROBLEM SOLVED!

Talked to tech support today and they fixed the issue for me, DVR recordings are now showing.
