No DVR recordings appear on Xfinity TV app

No DVR recordings appear on Xfinity TV app

After multiple customer service inquiries I am finally able to stream live TV on the Xfinity TV app on my iPad at home. However, my DVR recordings do not appear in the app. I don't even see a menu where they would appear (if I click on "Saved-Recent" it says "Nothing new to report yet"). I live in the Washington DC market. Please help if you can as I have had difficulty dealing with telephone support on cloud/app issues (they're typically not familiar with the apps). Thanks.
