No DVR Manager

When I click my dvr from my remote..There are no tabs/or a list. For Ex. My recordings, Sch. recordings etc. On top it says 1% full, below it says " No listings Available". How do I get my dvr manager back with the list of tabs such as my recordings, sch. recordings etc? Help 

 

please tell me what to do to fix this problem ASAP Thanks

sign out of the app, restart, sign back in make sure your zip code is set correctly.
