No Connection

When I tried to get to the Weather Channel, I got a message that I needed to retype the address--even though I'd linked directly from your listing!!!

What gives?

What Xfinity page are you referring to? Please post the link and I will further look into it.

Re: No Connection

I don't know what happened to my first response (at 9:23 MDT)  but basically, I used your channel listing to link to the Weather Channel.  It took me to a couple other links, then I got this:

"Hmmm, we're having trouble finding that page.

It's probably because the page has moved or is no longer available. If you typed in the address, you may want to double-check your spelling. If you think you've found a broken link, please let us know.

Go to the XFINITY TV homepage."

Of course the homepage is of no use for this.

What is the link on the homepage?

What is the link of the weather page not working?
