No Closed Captions

New Samsung TV does not support digital CC.  New Comcast cable box briefly gave me CC then quit. No way to fix box. I need a service man to sort it out. I'm not a dummy at this. I am deaf and cannot use a phone.

Re: No Closed Captions

I hope you found help! I have a Samsung tv and the closed captions work on it, as I also need it. Good luck!
