New recordings do not show up on the Xfinity TV website

I moved in June and ever since moving, my recordings do not show up on the Xfinity TV website... only old ones from before June.  Please rectify!

You will need to call into Comcast @ 1-800-COMCAST and speak with a CSR about your issue.
