New recordings and scheduled recordings are not showing up on Mac, iPhone and iPad

For the past several days I am unable to see new recording using Xfinity Stream on my Mac or the Xfinity Stream apps on my iPhone and iPad. I also cannot see the scheduled recording for today and tomorrow. (It's always today and tomorrow I can't see). In fact, the first time I access the app I can actually see tomorrow's schedule disappear.

 

Everything on the DVR is fine. 

 

I made several calls to Comcast support but haven't heard back with a resolution or timeframe.
