New in-home experience does nothing

New in-home experience does nothing

The new in-home experience does exactly nothing.  I log in and accept the terms and the spinner goes 'round and 'round ... endlessly and forever.  Has anyone else got it to work?

TV (X1) app simply does not work

I log in and pick a TV station to watch.  The spinner goes 'round and 'round. Endlessly.

Re: New in-home experience does nothing

Are you talking about X1 cable TV service?  Could you be more specific so we can help you?

Re: New in-home experience does nothing

I have an X1 box.  I am logging in to Comcast website, trying to watch TV on my Mac.  It offers me this new in-home experience.  I log in and accept the terms.  I then name my Mac.  I get to the guide, and pick the game I want to watch (Cardinals-SeaHawks).  Actually it isn't a spinner.  It is three dots that gor left ot right endlessly.
