New customer and getting the PST error signal

I have had xfinuty for 3 1/2 days and I am getting the PST code. I dont understand. Then I was told that the earliest appoint was 5 days away. REALLY!!!

can you take the box and power supply in to swap out? many offices are open all weekend.

Can you unhook the coax and re-attach and reset the box? Also, temporarily, move the dvr to where one of your XiD's are and see if it pops up.
