New DVR not recognized on app

New DVR not recognized on app

Other users have posted this problem but I didn't see a solution so I am retyring:

 

Had to pick up and install a new DVR, but the app still recognizes the old one. How do i delete that DVR so I can establish the new one? Seems like there should be a "Delete this device" option. Thank you.

Has this been resolved for you yet?  This may just take some time to refresh, but should be ok now.  If not, please let me know.
